Terms of use
Last updated October 12, 2026. Version 1.
By using Wel-Tea you agree to these terms. Wel-Tea is a Lula Women’s Helpline platform.
Not a crisis service or medical care
Wel-Tea shares information and support. It isn’t a crisis service, and it doesn’t replace diagnosis, treatment or advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation. If you’re in danger, call 911. See Help now for more options.
Contributors and labels
Videos and supports come from contributors, not from Wel-Tea. The team checks every contributor before they can share, labels each one (see how contributors are checked), and reviews videos and supports before they’re published. Profiles the team trusts may publish without review; the team can still remove anything. A review isn’t a guarantee that everything a contributor says is right for you. Tips that contributors add to their videos are general information, or what helped them, not advice for your situation.
Links to other websites
Videos play from YouTube, Vimeo or TikTok, and supports and guided activities link to other websites. Wel-Tea doesn’t control those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Using Wel-Tea respectfully
- Don’t try to get around Wel-Tea’s security checks, use automated tools to give hearts or send reports, or misuse the Report button.
- Keep your account details to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens with your account. You can delete it at any time from Your account.
- Contributors also agree to the contributor agreement.
Changes and availability
Wel-Tea may change, pause or remove features or content at any time, including to protect people’s safety. If these terms change, the date at the top will change too.
