About Wel-Tea

Wel-Tea is a self-growth and mental wellness platform with videos, supports and guided activities. It’s a Lula Women’s Helpline platform.

What you’ll find here

Wel-Tea is for information and support. It doesn’t replace care from a health professional, and it isn’t a crisis service. If you need help now, see Help now.

How contributors are checked

Everyone who shares videos applies first. The Wel-Tea team reviews each application, and every video and support, before anything is published. Each contributor gets one label:

Verified licensed professional
The team checked their licence with their regulator (for example, a public register) and recorded where it was checked.
Verified organization
The team checked that the organization is real and that the person applying represents it.
Approved educational contributor
They teach or share learning about wellness. The label doesn’t mean they hold a clinical licence.
Approved lived-experience contributor
They share their own experience. Wel-Tea never presents lived experience as professional advice.
Approved technology and AI expert
They work in technology or AI and share how to stay well in tech spaces and at work. The label doesn’t mean they hold a clinical licence.

If a contributor’s approval is suspended or removed, their videos are hidden straight away. You can report any video, support or profile with the Report button.
